Minimum order value
- Inside (Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Bangalore): ₹360 minimum order value.
- Outside (other states): ₹500 minimum order value.
Orders below the minimum value will be prevented at checkout and a notice will appear instructing customers of the minimum order requirements for their region.
Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery timeline
- Delivery times vary based on location and courier partner. Typical timelines are: 2–7 working days after dispatch.
- Remote or restricted locations may take longer. Customers will be notified if an order is expected to be delayed.
Free Door Delivery
- Free delivery eligibility is determined by your region and cart subtotal according to our discount/free delivery slabs (refer to the Offers/Shipping section on the website).
- If an order qualifies for free delivery, the shipping charges will be waived at checkout or during the shipping rate calculation process.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (when applicable) are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, courier partner rates and the selected delivery option.
- Any additional duties, taxes or surcharges levied by local authorities or courier partners are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Shipping partners
- We work with reputable courier partners. Specific partners used for an order may vary by region and availability.
- If a particular courier is requested, please contact us prior to placing the order; we will attempt to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them.
Delivery attempts & failed deliveries
- Couriers will typically make one or more delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier may return the shipment to us.
- We will notify the customer and attempt re-delivery when feasible. Additional re-delivery charges, if any, may apply and will be communicated to the customer.
Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or the customer fails to collect the package, additional shipping charges to re-send the order may apply.
- If the order is returned to us and the customer requests re-shipment, the customer may be responsible for return and re-shipping charges.
Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided via email/WhatsApp when the order is shipped. Use that tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
Damaged on arrival
- If an item arrives damaged, follow the Refund & Replacement Policy: photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact support within 24 hours.
